Yeast & Water
5000ml Erlnmeyer Flask
2000ml Erlnmeyer Flask
5L Stirstarter Stir Plate
4x 5 Gallon Water Containers (for storing RO water)
Mash and Boil
2x 10 Gallon Igloo Coolers with false bottoms
General Use 5 Gallon Cooler
20 Gallon Mega Pot with Ball Valve and Thermometer
General Use 7.5 Gallon Stainless Kettle
Bayou Boiler (Natural Gas Burner)
Steelhead Pump with Quick Disconnects
Stainless Hop Filter
50' 3/8" Copper Immersion Chiller
25' Copper Immersion (Pre) Chiller
Fermentation
Oxygenation Wand
Several 6.5 Gallon Plastic Big Mouth Bubblers
Misc Glass and Bucket Fermenters
Homemade Fermentation Chamber - Since updated to 'The Black Box'
Measurement
Refractometer
Digital Scale for > 0.5oz (used for grain and DME/LME measurements
Digital Scale for < 0.5oz (used for salt and hop additions)

Recipe Formulation
I'm currently "piloting" a spreadsheet I've created that does (almost) all required recipe calculations and also includes plenty of space for note taking on brew-day. I plan to use it a few more batches and tweak as needed, then I'll start attaching that document to each brewday post. This section will then be written to explain how that sheet is used for recipe formulation as well as system trending (e.g. how accurate are calculated values vs actual for pH, mash temp, etc.).
Mash
Boil
Fermentation and Conditioning
Carbonation and Serving
